I applied mid December (although my guidance counselor didn’t get the fee waiver in until mid January) and I haven’t heard a decision yet. Since tOSU usually gives merit aid a few weeks after the acceptance, will all the merit aid be gone by the time the decision comes around? I don’t know if I should be expecting the merit scholarships to come around mid April or not come at all.

You will likely still be eligible for non-competitive aid (everything expect the presidential). You will be held to the same deadlines for your FAFSA though, so I would file immediately if you haven’t already

I’m a transfer student so I’m not sure if it’s the same, but I filled out the special scholarship eligibility application and I haven’t received any information so I called them and they said if I haven’t received any institutional scholarship or grant then I should just assume that I didn’t receive anything from them. I did receive pell grant and federal loans, but that’s it.
