So before December Break, my school sent out my transcripts, which is good right? Sadly, that is not the case. I discovered that the wrong GPA was listed on my transcript. My school is still trying to figure out this mess and I was wondering if it is too late to send out the correct transcript later on?

Of course not.

So even if some of my schools have January 1st deadlines, I should still be able to send in the correct transcript? However, I cannot send these transcript right away since I have to wait for my school(so maybe around 1 week later).

At this point, all sorts of documents, scores, rec letters are trickling in from the schools. The Jan 1 date is not the Gates of Mordor. Colleges WANT to read your application: don’t forget that.

It’s best for your GC to report the correction on an “Optional Report” form as soon as possible.

I have one more question to ask: What can I do if my school refuses/stalls to fix my gpa? Should I track down my principal or superintendent for assistance?

Trying to get the attention of someone at your school who might be able to expedite things makes sense. Often it helps if a parent makes a call or even shows up at school.

Thank you for the help niceday, I was just wondering, since my school seems to be taking a bit of time to correct this error. I hope you nice a nice day(bad pun intended)!
