<p>I have decided I want to take the ACT as opposed to the SAT but im too late for the June ACT.
Would it be a poor decision to study all summer for the September ACT?
I feel like ill score better on the ACT but for the past year I've been focusing my attention on the SAT</p>
<p>No it is fine to change to the ACT, both the ACT and the SAT cover similar items. You may want to practice some of the science section however; additionally you will have to account for the speed of the ACT, which goes fairly quicker than the SAT in terms of how much time you have per problem.</p>
<p>i think that’s a good strategy. even though SAT and ACT are fairly similar, you need to get used to the ACT format and finish the test on time. prep all summer is good.</p>
