Is it true that females have a bit more chances of getting into Carnegie Mellon for Computer Science

Okay, I know that Carnegie Mellon is like a top school and that it is very hard to get it in, I've been doing some research and I saw some people saying that if you are a female you have more chances? I am a female and I am very interested in Computer Science. I had already given up on applying to MIT lol but Carnegie Mellon sounds like a very nice school for CS. I don''t know if it is true or not, but if it is what do I need to apply? hat tests, when to take them? In fall of senior year?

thank you very much♥

Only if you have the test scores and grades to get in.

Section C.
Only 2% of admitted students have 18-23 ACT. You’ll need above a 30 to be even slightly competitive. Take the test in June (STUDY HARD FOR IT) and then once more in October or so if necessary. Do not take this test lightly.
