Is it true that NYU didn't accept a single external transfer into Stern last fall?

This is what I read on CC. If this is true, then I’ve probably wasted $70 and hours trying to perfect my application.

I think they accept a handful every year - rare to not accept anyone at all

CC is a great resource, but I wouldn’t take everything you read on here as the truth. Your best bet to find out the truth would be to call NYU and ask.

NOT TRUE. I know an international student got in from CAS

I highly doubt they didn’t accept a single external transfer. There were a good amount (~30?) in my transfer class a few years back.
