Is it true?

I am an international student applying to Cornell and I heard somewhere that if you get above 700 in CR and writing on the SAT you don't have to write TOEFL since you are considered a native speaker.
Is this true? Or do I have to write the TOEFL even with good SAT scores if I am applying from a foreign country?

Above 670 CR and they waive TOEFL. I did TOEFL anyway.

Thanks for replying!
Is this only for Cornell of for other Ivies too?

Bump…

This is just for Cornell .
Contact each college you are applying to and ask them about this , most of the colleges will waive TOEFL , but just to be sure.
