<p>What are my chances at Notre Dame, Stanford, Princeton, Dartmouth, Duke, Vanderbilt, and WUSTL? Please tell me whether you think I'll be accepted, rejected, or waitlisted at each school, and what you think the weak points are in my application. Thanks!</p>

<p>Female from small town in Midwest, science major, premed
GPA: 3.93 UW (no rank)
10 AP Courses by Graduation (toughest courseload), so far 4 5s and a 4
SAT: 2290 (800 CR, 720 M, 770 W)
SAT II: 700 Chem, 760 Bio M, 780 Lit
National Merit Semifinalist, some math awards, AP Scholar w/ distinction, chemistry bowl winner</p>

<p>ECs:
Swimming year-round, 20 hours a week, state meet qualifier, created team fundraiser to help hurricane victims (9-12)
NHS: Treasurer, head of fundraising committee (11,12)
Tutoring inner city youth, and peer tutoring (11-12)
Help coach younger kids on swim team twice a week (12)
Church Activities, Sunday school teacher (9-12)
International Ministry (9,11,12), English conversation partner to students from UAE, Japan, and Vietnam
Immunology Research at Boston University for six weeks</p>

<p>I almost 100% agree with ckmets, though I'd say rejected at dart as well.</p>

<p>its always worth applying. better to get rejected then to wonder what if, for the rest of your life.</p>

<p>dart is in i think... btw, NOBODY gets in stan or prince, so just be aware of that</p>

<p>overall, should get at least 3 in my opinion</p>

<p>ps, make sure it nd, vand, and wustl dont think youre using them as back ups</p>

<p>Yes, I have already applied and gotten into Purdue (full tutition scholarship + partial room and board). I am also applying to Miami of Ohio as a safety. I hope ND doesn't think they're a backup, because I wrote a note on my EA application saying they were my top choice. And yes, I know that I have almost no chance at Stanford, but it was my dream school forever and I won't be able to live with myself if I don't find out. Thanks for the advice everyone!</p>

<p>DJZahren, I think you misinterpreted what I said. Although I am applying to those other schools, I WAS NOT LYING when I told ND they were my top choice. Just because other schools were more selective does not mean I like them better. If you really want to look through all my posts, you will notice that virtually all of the recent ones are on the Notre Dame board. I was just asking my chances at other schools. When I said that Stanford was my dream school, I meant that it was in 8th grade and I just want to see what happens. I applied RD and did not write anything about Stanford being my top choice, because it isn't. I am so happy about getting into Notre Dame I almost didn't apply. Anyone who knows me would tell you that Notre Dame is my number one choice. My values are very important to me, so please stop calling me a liar! I don't want you to be mad at me over this, I think it is just a misunderstanding. Best of luck with your application.</p>
