Is it worth taking CHM2054L?

I got this email inviting me to take CHM2054L saying that it is designed to provide an interdisciplinary approach to learning Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Math and that it is specifically designed for students interested in health-related professions or research.

Anyone has any thought on this? Is it recognized by med schools and grad schools?

The lab is 2 credits, and it's 4-hour long. I don't know if I should take it because I don't want to be stuck in the lab for that long if it's not interested or too difficult.

Thank you for your input.

Second that

I third that…

From what I’ve heard and read, it’s 2045L/2046L in one semester. 2046L is supposedly terrible, so I’ve been debating whether or not to take it.
