is my course selection hard enough?

hi! i’m picking my senior year classes and am scared they’re too easy/not varied enough. this year i took APES, SUPA dual credit history (seen to be much harder than APUSH at my school, though we do offer both), english 11 honors (no ap lang offered at my school), french 4 honors, pre-calculus, chorus, digital photo and science research. i self-studied ap world, ap human geo sophomore year and ap comp gov and ap us gov this year.

next year, i want to take:
-ap psych
-ap euro
-ap bio
-ap macroecon (independent study)
-supa (dual credit) english
-calculus
-science research
-chorus

i plan to apply ED1 to wesleyan university in connecticut as a psych and poli sci double major, and my average is a 94 unweighted! thank you so much!

It looks fine but in reality the only opinion that matters is that of your guidance counselor. Top schools like to see the guidance counselor check the box on the recommendation saying you have taken the most rigorous courseload available at your HS. Ask your guidance counselor if your schedule as proposed is sufficient for him/her to check that box. It comes down to what courses are available at your HS (which nobody here knows) versus what you are taking.

It’s difficult but manageable.

It looks plenty hard enough. Make sure you’re not overloading yourself and leave time for ECs.

Colleges care a lot more about a great EC than wether you took 4 APs instead of 5.
