Hi everyone! :)
I've always wanted to go to NCSSM (North carolina school of math and science) but....this girl that has always bullied me and compared herself to me says I'm not smart enough. Her sister goes to NCSSM and she is really smart. I want to prove her wrong and try to get in. I have a LOT of extra curriculars so do not worry about that.

Her Schedule:
Pre Calculus Honors (she doubled up freshman year)
AP Statistics
Chemistry I honors
English II honors
Civics and Economics Honors
Spanish I

and thats all I know about hers

My Schedule:
Algebra II honors
Pre-calculus honors
English II honors
Civics and Economics Honors
Spanish I
AP Biology
Chemistry I honors
AP Psychology

Hi there!
I’m currently a sophomore, so I’ll just give you my ideas :3
First of all, don’t let her get to you! You are yourself, and just take the courses
you want to take that would help achieve your own goals.
You’re not trying to take similar courses as her are you? Colleges want to see individuality. I’m not saying to take random courses, but it is good to do stuff that you are passionate about.
Your schedule seems good so far! I kind of regret myself that I didn’t do any electives during my sophomore year. Unless you think you can handle all that without breaks, maybe you could throw in an elective to balance out your schedule.
I know you did mention that you have a lot of extra curricular activities, but it’s always good to show colleges that you do have some fun DURING school too. :3

HOWEVER, this is only MY opinion. If you think that this is what you want, go for it!
GOOD LUCK :D

Um…yes I can. Biology AP is a year long course, but only the second semester is “AP”
Block Scheduling means that I will take Chemistry first semester therefore, meeting the prerequisite.

Where I live, biology and chemistry are year-long courses. We can only take AP Biology and AP Chemistry in 11-12th grade…Do you get 1.0 added to your GPA or 0.5 added to your GPA?
