Is My UWGPA Weird?

Hi, I am a sophomore in high school and I was wondering if my unweighted GPA is weird

So far in my freshman year, I got a 4.06 unweighted GPA. Is this weird because I usually only see people with 4.0 unweighted GPA’s and I know someone in my school that even got a 4.125 unweighted GPA.

For context, I did take 3 core honors classes and 1 reg ed class.

Does your high school give +/-0.3 or +/-0.33 for +/- modifiers to grades, including A+ = 4.3 or 4.33, when calculating GPA? If so, do you have A+ grades?

Many high schools (and colleges when recalculating high school GPA for admission) do not consider +/-.

No, it’s not weird. Some schools count A+ as 4.33 and some count it as 4.00. Colleges and universities will be able to figure it out.

Thanks for the responses, I did have like 2 mid-high B’s during freshman year so I was just wondering if this is an accurate representation of my grades.

No one here can tell you if it is an accurate representation of your grades without knowing all of your grades and how your high school calculates GPA.

High schools calculate GPA differently. If you have a question about your GPA you should discuss it with your guidance counselor.
