just curious...

No.

10 char

in some ways yes, in most ways no

it is magical. you can get there by train. DRL is like a dungeon. Other than that it's nothing like Hogwarts.

What is "10 char" I've seen it in lots of place, but I never knew what it was.

^try writing a post with less than 10 characters and you'll find out...

and when i visited i thought it was kind of like hogwarts. perelman's quad (i think thats what its called between houston hall, college hall, logan hall and irvine), college hall, the quad, irvine auditorium, fisher fine arts library (actually i thought fisher was more lord of the rings-ish) and the hall of flags seemed hogwarts ish to me.
but if you want hogwarts then i think yale and princeton are closer? ive never visited but so ive heard

you have to type 10 characters to make a valid post.

sometimes a valid answer doesnt need all 10, so people mockingly type 10 char to meet the requirement.

Yes:

Gryffindor = College
Hufflepuff = Nursing
Ravenclaw = Engineering
Slytherin = Wharton

hahahaha ^.

Slytherin- Wharton ?
lol, yea, i kinda agree with it.

lol at hufflepuff equals nursing!

kinda old but i like it

Two hundred years ago or more,
When I was newly knit,
There lived four schools of renown,
Honored for their wit.

Proud Wharton valued money,
The Nurses wanted to cure,
Engineers always had the brains,
Those in the College were unsure.

By nursing, the bravest were,
And most worthy of admission.
And power-hungry Wharton,
Loved those who loved ambition.

Those in Engineering,
Were certainly quite smart,
And those who were in the College,
Decided to study a liberal art.

But regardless of their specialty,
The four schools had a thread,
That bound them all together,
And allowed their wit to spread.

This thread was their alumni,
Who laid a strong foundation,
And allowed these schools to multiply,
With every large donation.

So cherish your short time here,
Make the most of your four years.
Don't worry about an internship,
Or picking a career.

Take a class outside your major,
Maybe do the econ scream,
Have a shag under the button,
Go to Wawa for caffeine.

In October call your parents,
And say the thing that parents dread,
"Mom and Dad, I'm an English major--
I'm no longer a pre-med."

Volunteer and study,
Invent or play a sport,
Become an investment banker,
Nicknamed Voldemort.

But regardless of what you study,
Whether it be Spanish or sums,
In four years you'll be the next
Class of Penn alums.

And keep in mind this, young one,
We don't care what you do,
As long as you give back to Penn,
You'll wear the Red and Blue.

^^^wow...that has got to be one of the most creative things i've ever read about penn! kudos to whoever wrote that. and lmao to wharton=slytherin!

we have college houses....

i like this thread. Nice stuff guys!

I've been named as next year's starting keeper on the varsity Quidditch team.

Wow, College equals Gryffindor, i don't like that Harry always showing off his scar.

This thread is HILARIOUS! especially seeing how wharton is slytherin

are there secret passageways? =)

there actually are
