<p>Before today I used to get at least 3 bars on my phone while in my room. But today I had 1 bar the whole day in my room. Kind of frustrating I could not make any phone calls -_-</p>
<p>I’ve come to realize that ATT sucks… either that or my iphone sucks. I think more likely its the former. </p>
<p>Then again, what are other options out there? Verizon? Are they that much better?</p>

usually I get at least some reception. Airbears sucks too I’m not sure if that’s the wifi or the phone…it was sooo much better when my iPhone was on tmobile so Im seducing it’s just the ATT network.</p>

<p>ATT doesn’t suck. I’ve gotten 5 bars in dorms and apartment since I’ve been here freshmen year. Don’t have an iPhone though. Only time I got less than 2 was when I was in a park in SF.</p>

I was just asking if anyone else was having problems cause of the bad weather today. ATT is ok, I averaged 3 bars in my room. I wasn’t sure if the problem is the bad weather cause I just recently moved here.</p>
<p>AT&T hasn’t failed me in the Bay Area for the last 3 years.</p>
<p>New York and Philly, however, are completely different stories.</p>
<p>Personal experience (around friends who have AT&T and Sprint) says that Verizon tends to be noticeably more reliable than the other two in edge-case situations.</p>
<p>I went on campus today and had no problems at all with reception. Maybe it’s just something to do with the dorms.</p>
