I'm planning on majoring in medical technology and the school I'm planning on going to is a transfer school. They do not require college physics as a prerequisite so I was wondering if high school physics is really necessary? I do not want take it and probably won't but would like to know if physics is really that important to know as everyone says it is.

I don’t know. Do you enjoy flying in a plane or using a computer or using a cell phone?

I’d almost bet that medical technology will at least require that you know the difference between one amp and one ohm. You can bet the former will kill you.

Just take physics like any respectable medical/STEM student.

Take it, you’ll need at least an E/M background.
