Most people assume to take the Reasoning SAT 2~3 times, but when it comes to retaking a subject test twice, people think it's going to hurt them. For example, say a student who is normally good at math gets a 700 in math 2 the first time around because of a flu, but manages to get a 780 the following month. Would that look bad because the student took the same test twice, and therefore knew what would be on the test, or would that look good because it shows that the student studied and had the determination to bring it up.

No it doesnt hurt you… and anyways you can choose what scores you want to send so you can pick and choose your best score.

The tests are different every time.

Taking it twice is perfectly acceptable.

Taking it four times looks bad.
