<p>Since I live on the East Coast, we commonly use the SAT as an admissions factor. I've been doing lots of prep for it, so I am wondering if this is beneficial for the ACT as well? Meaning, are math problems similar? Do the reading passages consist of like readings? Thanks!</p>
<p>Doing any exercise with math and English would definitely help ACT. The only part missing is Science which involves interpretation of data.</p>
<p>I think that the you should really practice being fast. That is where the ACT is a lot different from the SAT. There is also some trig on the ACT and I don’t think there is any included on the SAT.</p>
