<p>I’m pretty sure all of the supplements except for the “extra info” one are required. I’m an accepted ED candidate.</p>
<p>When I applied, I just stated what I did during the summer. Nothing real creative. And Kanishka is right about the requirements. All are required except the extra info and if you don’t have to explain your break between schooling.</p>
