Missing Essay

apparently there is a supplement essay that I am missing and cannot seem to find for Stern RD

there is the essay on how you spent your summer

the four personal statements....

and then apparently there is one more....

what is it? Where am I overlooking

It gives you a list of 3 or 4 prompts, and you pick one. I don't exactly remember what they were, but I answered the one about a person/event that has changed your life. One of the other choices was about a piece of art/music that has influenced you. It should be there.

In the Common App, you have the four essays at the very bottom. The summer break one is RIGHT above those four, but in a separate box thingy. It's below the box asking if you're currently in high school/college.

I have the same question as the OP...how are those considered essays? I mean on commonapp they give you a 500 char limit.

I only see 5 500 char limit short responses...thats including the what you did in summer one.

you must have missed the secret prompt that can only be accessed with an elite NYU code. they only give it to the top .0005% of applicants.

.00000000000005%*

lmao! Stephen

You just have to do the essay. The 5 short responses + an essay on one of the 4 choices they give you or a topic of your choice.

yeah. i'm pretty sure it's just the common application essay plus the five 500-character supplemental short responses.

yea, i can't find another essay either. pretty there isnt some sort of hidden essay.

I'm pretty sure it's the CommonApp essay too. The 4 short answers are part of the supplement. I used Embark, so I answered the long essay after the 4 short answers and the summer thing.
