Is the Henry Samueli School of Engineering more competitive than the other colleges of UCLA?

I’ve been looking at historical acceptance data and other info about people who got in, and I felt like I had a decent chance until I remembered I applied for the engineering school. Is this school harder to get into for engineering majors? I know at UCB that the engineering school acceptances are a nightmare compared to Letters & Science, same here?
Thanks!!

Short answer-- engineering is pretty much always the most competitive major right now

UCLA engineering stats here: http://admitguide.com/minimum-requirements-vs-competitive-applicant/

for undergrad, yes.

Very much so.
