I’m hoping to study abroad in Hong Kong either my sophomore or junior year (hoping for sophomore year) and I’m unsure if I’ll be less likely to be able to at certain UC schools.
I’ve been accepted to UCI’s Honors program as well as UCD and UCSD, and I was waitlisted at UCLA. I’m waiting on Berkeley but I’m not expecting to get in. (Civil Engineering major at UCI and UCD, Structural Engineering major at UCSD)
As of now, I’m most likely going to UCI because of their Honors advantages. They said that Honors students have benefits when it comes to studying abroad, but I’ve heard that UCSD has strong connections with international colleges. Does this matter at all? The UC EAP website seems to show the same programs for all UC schools.
