<p>I think most deadlines are at 11:59 PM on the day. This is a special extension, so I don’t know if that is accurate.
BTW, 12 AM Nov. 15 would be one minute after 11:59 Nov. 14.</p>
<p>Unless otherwise stated. deadlines and contracts, which have a X date deadline, the deadline is effective until 11:59PM of that day. Thus, your deadline is 11:59PM on the Nov 15. </p>
