Is the "URM boost" affected by high income?

for example, would a rich black person have the same boost as another black person?

mexican?

does it matter for asians?

what are the terms "need-blind" and do they apply to this?

Rather than continuing to ask the same questions about URMs, please read the threads I referred you to in your last thread about URMs.

Need blind is an admissions term which means that colleges do not consider financial need in making admission decisions. It has nothing to do with race or ethnicity.

Any further questions about URM status should be addressed in the following places: AA Students forum, Hispanic Students forum, or Race FAQ sticky thread at the top of this forum.

Rich URMs do not get the same boost as low-income URMs.
