<p>So im taking all IB classes my sophomore year and I'm attending not the best hs in Chicago, and I'm wondering if does the school affect the diploma because I'm considering to transfer to another school that is better recognized and also has the IB program and I'm also planning to take all IB classes but it's a bit far from we're I live so my question is does the school affect the value of the IB diploma?</p>
<p>Depends how well-established the IB program at each school is. If the diploma program is fairly new, I would avoid doing the diploma at that certain school. But if the Diploma program has been around for awhile, then you should do the diploma. So, if both of the school have pretty established programs, I don’t think it’d matter.</p>
