Is there a FAFSA corrections deadline?

<p>I sent in my FAFSA with estimated figures to meet the March 2 deadline so I'm gonna have to make corrections after my parents' are done with their taxes. I was wondering, is there a deadline to make corrections for the FAFSA? How late can I make the corrections?</p>

<p>You should do it as soon as your parents get their taxes done. That will be by mid-April at the latest. That won’t be too late to submit your corrections.</p>

<p>There is not a FAFSA deadline. The 2010-2011 FAFSA can be submitted up until June 2011 (for students applying for aid for summer 2011). Any deadline would be for your school and their polices for aid they have to offer. Some schools will make an offer based on your estimated numbers and adjust it later. (My daughter’s school will not even make a preliminary offer until the FAFSA is finalized.) You need to check with your school.</p>
