Is there a family advantage to ED applicants applying to Penn?

I’m applying to Penn ED and I have a cousin that goes there. I know that there’s some advantage for legacy relatives, but I can’t find anything on their website. Does anyone know if a cousin counts as a legacy relative, or if having a cousin there gives me some sort of advantage in the ED process?

Having a cousin counts but not for a lot. Legacy (the real hook) is for parents (especially) and grandparents who went to Penn for undergrad. Bonus points if they donated. Having a cousin that goes to the university is negligible.
