Is a whole year of SAT preparation to get up to the 2000+ range, if I already have around an 1800-1900 on practice SATS if I'm gonna be doing 2 years of community and then transferring? I know community doesn't care but will the school I go to after care?

You might as well just to gauge your test-taking aptitude. I mean, if you’ve spent a whole year preparing for it…then why not? You should also apply to a few colleges just to see if you can get in (even if you are an international). Good luck!

The UCs do not care and will not look at them. They look at college performance. I have heard that some private colleges do ask for SATs (if you have them). I do not know about other public schools.

You’re too lazy to take a 3 hour test that may later impact where you go to transfer out in 2 years? Some colleges do ask for them, and I doubt you’d be too psyched to take them in college. Plus you may suddenly decide you want to go to university, which is a completely plausible occurrence.
