Well, if you are an AP Scholar, then there’s no reason not to list it. If you aren’t, then why not? Is it because your school doesn’t offer AP’s or has very few - in which case it doesn’t matter - or because you haven’t taken AP classes even if they are offered? If it’s the latter, that would fall under “course rigor” which is a big factor in college admissions, and if you avoided AP classes that will hurt you at selective colleges. If you took AP classes but just didn’t take the tests for those classes, some colleges might be confused as to why, so that could hurt you as well. Of course, AP scores are self reported, so they might assume you got a bad score on the AP test and left it off, which could also hurt you; however, I certainly do not advise lying and saying you got a 5, because that is a serious violation and will get you kicked out of the school when they find out.

I am an AP Scholar with Honor, having scored two 3s, one 4, and one 5 over sophomore and junior year. If I indicate the Scholar title (minimum 4 tests with 3.25+avg), will the colleges be suspicious as to why I only reported the 4 and 5? How should I go about reporting my specific scores and my honor?

You can just report all your scores. I doubt a 3 is going to actually lower your chances. Like the poster above says, put it anyway, but it probably doesn’t matter. If you really don’t want to report your 3’s, then you need not list it at all - I’m sure there are many other AP Scholars who forget or choose not to list it.
