Is there still a chance for me?

I haven't really thought about universities (I'm an international student, so I wasn't even aware of the Ivy Leagues until recently) until this year (junior year). So my GPA has been around 3.5 (around 90% average) each year.

Assuming that my GPA is a 4.0 (and around 95% average) in grade 12, do I still stand a chance? I heard that universities likes to see improvement throughout the years.
This is also with 2200 SAT, good extracuricular activities, essay, and reccomendation letters.

The reason I got low averages was because I didn't really think about universities (especially in Canada they only look mainly at grade 12 marks) before, and I wasn't giving it my all into school. But I really want to get into a good university now and I'm willing to work very hard for it.

Very good chance. Be sure to have volunteer work, extra curricular activities and demonstrate a passion in your life.

There’s always a chance, but the standards for international applicants are extremely high.
