<p>So, I tried to write an essay and the topic ended up being something I never intended it to be, because everyone told me it just wouldn't work and adcoms weren't looking for that particular quality. In addition, I'm an international and I'm not sure what level of writing these selective universities want and if I'm anywhere near the standard at all.</p>

<p>I'm a paranoid cookie, so I'd prefer college goers or parents to give it a read rather than current HS seniors. Thank you!</p>
