I’m trying to get into Kelley through standard admit and was wondering if I would be ok taking these classes in the spring.
A201
G202
K201
I heard they were tough classes and I was wondering if that would be too much to take in one semester. I would probably fluff easier classes around them to fill out my schedule.
I think you should be fine with those. G202 requires very little work, and you should be fine as long as you are comfortable with micro econ concepts. K201 is going to require more time but is definitely doable if you are good at thinking logically. I took the honors version of A201, so I don’t know too much about it
Thanks for the advice. Will probably take all three assuming seats are available.
I would talk to a counselor before taking A201 as a freshmen. It’s not that hard of a class overall… But I do know some people really struggle with it. The average exam grade is generally a C+ and I know some really smart people who have not done well. Unless you are really confident about your accounting skills I might just recommend knocking out another gen ed or taking something like D270.
