I'm considering taking for the spring

Chem 4B
Physics 7A
Math 54
EPS 50

Is this a manageable schedule, or should I put off EPS 50?

I don’t know about EPS 50, but the other three classes are standard fare for 2nd-semester CoC freshmen, so you don’t have much of a choice as to whether or not to take them. It pretty much boils down to whether you just want to take the minimum level of units to focus on the tough core classes or whether you want to add another easier class to boost your GPA from those three. If you’re really worried about the load, you could put off physics or math till the summer.

Are you in CoE? Then it should be a normal semester.

that would be too much for me, just by looking at those 3 math/sci classes.

if your schedule allows you, move something around.

Seems alright.

I took 4B/7A/53 my spring semester freshman year and did alright with a different fourth non-core class (a history class). Taking EPS50 now and it’s -really- easy but I dunno about the spring professor. It never really takes away from my focus on other classes.
