is tuition fee the same for int'l students and out-of-state students?
thanks

Yes, international pay the same tuition and fees as OOS US citizens. The one difference may be medical insurance. US citizens are typically under their parent's insurance and do not require additional insurance. International students, on the other hand, are typically not covered in the US and as such must enroll in one of the university's medical insurance plan. Those usually run around $2,000/year...I think.

At private schools, it's always the same.

For state schools, it depends on the school. OOS students may pay less than internationals or it could be the same.

I have never heard of a public university that charges international students more than OOS students. Public universities almost always have two tuition rates; In-state and everybody else.

^ Hmm. I've seen it before, but then again, I think it was a Canadian university.
