Is UCSD out of reach?

Unweighted UC GPA: 4.0
Weighted UC GPA: 4.18
Class rank (9th-12th): 68/679

SAT Score: 1800 (R: 530) (M: 680) (W:590)
SAT Subject Test: (Chemistry: 700) (US History: 740) (Math 2: 630)

AP Exams: US History (5); Physics 1 (haven't taken yet); Calc AB (haven't taken yet); Econ Mico/Macro (haven't taken yet); Statistics (haven't taken yet).

I have 300+ documented hours in volunteer service which mainly consists of tutoring chemistry and math.
I also have many hours of work experience, since I have helped run my family's business since I turned 16.

The most renown clubs I am a part of are National Honors Society, National Math Honors Society, and California Scholarship Federation. I am also a president of a club, but it is hobby based and I probably won't be putting it on my application.

I have received numerous merit based rewards from my school such as Ivy Chain. I also received a reward for receiving a perfect score on the CAHSEE. My most impressive award is the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientist Award of Excellence.

I was on JV swim team for two years, and the JV wrestling team for 1; I had to stop due to health problems.

I know the weakest point of my application is my low SAT score. I will be unable to retake it due to unfavorable circumstances. This has me the most worried.

So, is UC San Diego out of my reach?

Your UC GPA is competitive but your SAT is around the 25% percentile. UCSD is a low reach. You need to have some Matches and Safeties. UCSC and UCI would be good matches. UCR would make a good safety.
