I already sent my SSATs to Exeter, Andover, and Deerfield, but if my ISEE scores are really good, can I send those too?

It's interesting that you would choose to take both the SSAT and ISEE, but even if your ISEE scores were good, I wouldn't bother sending them to your schools unless they are fairly significantly better than your SSAT scores. Otherwise it just means more work and more agro for each reader of your file, and that's not what you want when one if evaluating you for admission. Just and opinion though, and I'm sure that either way including your ISEE scores probably wouldn't have too big of an impact. After all, the scores should basically echo each other.

I took the SSAT and sent that in. However, when I got my PSAT scores back we called the schools and they said that it would be fine to send them in as well. Try and calling the schools individually but they will probably say yes.

I'm applying to some other schools in my area that require the ISEE. I haven't opened them yet.
