I applied to ISSYP (International Summer School for Young Physicists) this year, and I’m eagerly awaiting April 29, when we find out who has been accepted into ISSYP. Is there anyone else on CC who’s applied to ISSYP this year or attended it in recent years? If so, I thought it’d be fun to get to know each other!

how did the dates for ISSYP and IPhO overlap this year? They should’ve considered it, right?
Well, I checked the IPhO’s website, and it looks like they have a summer meeting from July 16-20. Since ISSYP is July 14-27, it looks like they do overlap. That is kind of surprising, since there’s some people who want to go to both.
