<p>When I applied, I didin't have a set schedule for Spring 10 because I couldn't sign up for classes yet. So I just guessed/assumed what classes I would take and listed those as the 'Planned Courses'. However, I recently realized that I only got 4 of the 5 classes I listed correctly. On the app I put down General Anatomy (biological science w/ lab area in IGETC) but I ended up taking General Bio (fulfills same area in igetc, same number of units).</p>
<p>I emailed LA and SD and LA scared me by replacing the "Congratulations..." on the admission site to "We have received your communication regarding your changes blah blah we'll notify you" and SD sent me an automated email saying they won't know for sure if it'll have any effect until they receive my transcript...</p>
<p>This shouldnt be such a big deal that I would get rescinded, right? D:</p>
<p>I really don’t think it it, I think they have to review that information since it is different then stated on your app but I doubt you will get rescinded. good luck (even though I don’t think you need it haha)</p>
<p>Well its IGETC but the class I’m taking instead fulfills the same area… so I’m assuming it should be fine, just being paranoid cuz its almost 1:30 lol</p>
<p>i ended up not taking a single one of the 5 classes i said i would and ended up taking 6 totally different ones, i updated la and berkeley a week before la decisions came out and they told me they received it, forwarded it to the relevant admissions officer, and i still got in…so you should be fine</p>
<p>oh shoot, i did the same. I traded an honors english class for a comm class. Both are igetc and none of them affect my units igetc tap or major prereqs (in fact the class is NOT on my TAP certification) My school double booked the class which is why i couldn’t take it. What do you guys think about that. I’ll wait until the submission site goes up later today to report.</p>
<p>I ended up not taking 3 of the five courses I planned for spring and replacing them with other courses in the same area, as well as taking a sixth course this spring instead of one during the summer. I sent the updates out and got the same response from SD and LA you did arrowhead, still got accepted to LA and my SD admission status didn’t change.</p>
