It was the best of chances, it was the worst of chances.

Because I go to an arts school, quite a few kids audition for conservatories. Consequently, our music, dance, and theatre departments are fortunate enough to have high-quality recording devices.

Rollins is a High Match, everything else…well, apply if you’ve got the money.

You will get into at least half of the schools mentioned. Your stats are great just make sure your essays stand out because when you are applying to Harvard,Princeton everyone will have perfect GPA/SAT and Music/Debating skills, it will be your essay that differentiates you from everybody else.

LOL, phxfire is an admissions counselor at multiple schools AND an oracle! Look, you’re going to apply where you’re going to apply. You have strong stats and some interesting ECs. You’ll get in some places and you won’t get in others. No lay person can possibly predict which because a. we don’t see your application in its entirety, and b. we don’t see how your application stacks up to the rest of the pool. So, while this thread is a lovely exercise, it’s also pretty futile and useless since none of us really know! Maybe you’ll get rejected everywhere, who knows?

Saw a link to this thread on another, more recent thread. You have exceptional stats.
Princeton (legacy) - high match
Harvard - low reach
Yale - low reach
Columbia (SEAS, Financial Engineering) - high match
UPenn (Wharton) - low reach
Georgetown (SFS) - match
Geroge Washington University - safety
Northwestern (McCormick, Financial Engineering) - match
WashU - match
USC (Southern California) - safety
UMich Ann Arbor - safety
UNC Chapel Hill - high match (since OOS)
UF - safety
Rollins - safety

This may seem lenient, but I think if your school has good relations w/ the Ivies, this is fairly accurate. If previous valedictorians at your school get into HYP consistantly (I would assume they would, given that your school is in the top 100), then you have very high chances at those schools so long as the adcoms like the subjective part of your application.

Princeton (legacy)- if your parents donate a lot you’ll probably be fine.
Harvard- you have a good chance.
Yale- they probably won’t let you in unless you have some connection that you aren’t talking about here.
Columbia (SEAS, Financial Engineering)- unclear.
UPenn (Wharton)- possible, they like motivated people.
Georgetown (SFS)- "
Geroge Washington University- they let in everyone.
Northwestern (McCormick, Financial Engineering)- this school is surprisingly easy to get into.
WashU- yes.
USC (Southern California)- yes.
UMich Ann Arbor- yes, but why bother.
UNC Chapel Hill- "
UF- there is no point in applying here unless you get homesick really easily.
Rollins- there is no point applying here.

Oh, I realized that this got bumped. My final list of schools, and decisions, was this:

University of Pennsylvania, M&T (Wharton/SEAS) - Accepted ED
Princeton University
Harvard College
Yale University
Columbia University
Georgetown University
George Washington University
Northwestern University
University of Southern California
University of Michigan: Ann Arbor - Accepted
University of North Carolina: Chapel Hill - Accepted
University of Florida
Rollins College
Auburn University - Accepted

Everything else has been withdrawn, as I will be attending Penn. Do I have any regrets? Applying to so many schools. I seriously doubted my chances at Penn, so I sent out a lot of apps. It was a waste of time/money, but at least it bought me some mental sanity…
