That’s the problem we have. My S can’t stay engaged in virtual anything, so seeing a campus that way, and doing virtual events that day isn’t an option sadly for us.
I just spoke to my daughter’s school guidance counselor about this very thing. She suggested that my daughter should go onto social media and look at what the schools each post. She also is going to put my daughter in touch with high school alumni who are at the colleges my daughter is interested in. Ironically, Elon was the only school she applied to that is allowing students to physically visit. We went last week and she absolutely loved it! She is going for communications too. She just had an interview with Elon for their communications fellows program.

We LOVE Elon. Visited as deferred to show interest. Now just have to wait. But Ithaca on lost as well foe Park school so we shall see!!
Youngest accepted EA, and we are lucky in that oldest is a member of IC’s Class of 2020, so we’ve been on campus before. Of the four he’s been accepted to, only two are familiar to him. I don’t know if I’d feel comfortable at any in person accepted candidates day at this point. Thankful for websites and social media posts that give us a glimpse of campuses…If things change in late April, we may have to do a breakneck speed road trip.

I tried joining the parents page but they said I can’t until my son commits. Just wanted to get a little more of an insiders look into the school since no tours. But oh well!

My daughter is still waiting. Her admissions counselor told her she should her by April 15th

Same for my daughter. Waiting on that and financial aid. Ithaca is her #1 so the wait is killing her.
Just say he committed. That’s what I did. It’s just “moms and dads” running the page.
