Yep, was accepted into IU 12/10 and submitted petition 11/14. Seems pretty random but, I am getting worried. Will have to wait and see what happens next week.

I wish IU told us how the committee makes their decisions on when your petition is reviewed. Seems like acceptances have been pretty scattered across the board. Maybe it’s based off if ur a shoe in then you are notified before the deadline but if you are borderline you don’t get a decision till the 12th.

Our confirmation email says we works hear by 2-1 so I’m feeling deflated

I emailed Kelley admissions some time ago, and asked whether or not if we get an email if we got rejected. They said yes, so at least we will know if we did get rejected.

I don’t know . . . I would hope my son isn’t considered borderline (he is a 35 ACT, 3.28 unweighted GPA, which is just under a 3.8 weighted . . . ) but he has still not heard–nothing today. And he petitioned in mid-November and was accepted to IU on 12/10.
I asked about the conflict with the date in the email and they said that they ended up getting more petitions than normal, and so they changed the date on the website to 2/12.

No I emailed them and asked if they send rejections, and they said yes. They said you will hear by Feb.12th no matter what.
