Hey guys i was just wondering, based on our economic problems and the population of the class of 2013, what do you think my chances are that i would be accepted of the wait list at Miami of Ohio? It's a public school does that hurt this year? Are more people planing on attending public vs. private vs. no school?

Its probably wise to assume that Public Schools recieved alot more applications this year making i tmore competitive

I think that if private schools give generous financial aid packages you are going to see a lot of people reject their public school decisions.

Even though many people have decided to apply to public schools do you think they will be attending them in the fall. Also im an OOS so if other OOS decide to decline will my chances of gettin in of the wait list increase? Do they keep a certain amount of acceptance for instaters vs. out-of-staters?

If you are a full pay OOS student you are probably high on the list. All of the schools need the money this year. But most state schools will yield more of their admits this year than usual most probably.

bump . . . . . . . . .
