Is a 32 a decent score for applying to ivy league schools? If so, which am I in the ball park for? If not, what is the minimum I should aim for?

34-36 is ideal for the ivys

Wrong panther. Even Harvard mid 50% is 31-34.

Actually, the 25th percentile is a 31, while the 75th percentile is 35.

I’m afraid you’re wrong. Statistics don’t mean much to be frank. The lower spectrum accounts for URMS/athletes/legacies. Do you actually think the ivy league schools wouldn’t have a big enough pool to choose from that they would resort to ORMs with 32s? 34-36 is a score that would help one get in compared to a 32 that would give one a chance. As someone who’s already gone through the admissions process, and you, a rising senior i’m guessing, my advice to you is to not hold so firmly to statistical info.

On a side note: Don’t tell me I’m wrong when your counter argument consists of inaccurate information.

What’s a URM and what is an ORM? I tried googling them but some law school forums came up.

Under Represented Minority (AA, Hispanic, American Indian)
Over Represented Minority (Asian)

@Panther- yes, that is correct for an unhooked applicant. you would want so score 34+ to have a good chance.
