I am not pleased with my AP scores (3's) and I am looking to apply ED to Harvard and RD to all the rest of the Ivy Leagues.

If I choose to not self report my scores on the Common App, will it detract from my application and lessen my chances? (I got all A's in the classes)

Do most people accepted to the Ivies self report for the admissions process or after?

No, it won’t. Colleges don’t use AP scores for admission anyway.

First off, make sure you apply to safety schools.

Second off, if you took AP classes in preparation for the exams, then send the scores in. It looks suspicious if they know you took the tests but don’t get any scores. Otherwise you can opt to not send the scores in.

It won’t affect your chances too much either way, remember that Ivy League schools take every aspect of your high school career into consideration.
