<p>Which IVY's have the highest transfer rate or most transfer friendly?</p>

<p>Cornell, Brown, UPenn. The rate is around 1 in 5. Cornell I would think would be the most transfer friendly.</p>

<p>Brown was not at all transfer friendly this year. Isn't Dartmouth supposed to be fairly transfer friendly? I've heard it's great if you actually get in because of sophomore summer.</p>
