<p>So, I applied to this this year, but it doesn't seem like that popular of a summer program? I didn't see any other threads on this. Did anybody else apply or was this a total mistake? I mean, it does kind of have a small acceptance rate...</p>

<p>i know. i feel like not a lot of people in high school applied. like, the threads for all the other summer programs are super long…
possibly they accept mostly college students, because AFTER i applied i looked at their past “jaxbook” or something, and only 2 students i saw were high school students, and they were both graduated seniors…
i think we’re supposed to find out in mid march?? i don’t remember… it said something in the application package.</p>

<p>yea, i noticed that to in their past yearbook or something it mentioned 2 seniors i think, but on the stats on their website it says about 17 high school students have entered and I have a feeling that not many people applied this year, well hopefully…
It’s not a big program like RSI or ROSS but it still sounds interesting and the location and house is gorgeous</p>
<p>anything that you apply to without PAYing for is usually a good opportunity and ‘prestigious’ (not that the ones you pay for aren’t legit). </p>

<p>urghhh I am so anxious! it’s practically exactly mid-March… It’s actually my birthday this week, and being accepted would be a nice present :)</p>
<p>My daughter just heard back from Jackson Lab this past weekend via email and they told her which lab she’d be working in and who she’ll be working with. She’s a college student.</p>
<p>well, i emailed him and he told me that the people that were accepted would find out this week pretty much and the rest will get a letter in about 2-3 weeks ughhhhh it’s so frustrating to wait though</p>
