<p>Hey guys, it says that sending SAT scores from january is okay for regular decision for a lot of my colleges. But this year, the january SAT isnt until pretty much the last day of january... i know it only takes a few weeks, but is this okay? Will they still accept these scores? its not my first time, but i got an 1870 last time, and im looking to get a 2000+ to be more competitive, for schools such as MWU, JMU, UVA, CWM.</p>
<p>Of course it’s okay! many of my friends are preparing for it… although it seems a little bit late, but colleges do accept the score. (btw,my brother did it last year)</p>
<p>I’m retaking it in January! Nearly 90% of the schools I’m applying to accept January scores.</p>
<p>You have to check with each college whether they would accept the scores from the January test date.</p>
<p>Colleges that say they accept Jan scores do so, but many of those also say that is true if the score gets there in time and that you need to designate the college as one to automatically receive scores in your test application, e.g., as one of your free sends, to assure it gets there in time to be considered.</p>
