does anyone know if i should rush my scores from the january sat to yale? it doesn't say on their website if they want us to rush our scores. (some schools specifically say not to)

i also took the january sat and i'm not going to rush my scores. rushing your scores is just another college board tactic to take money from us college applicants.

I emailed a couple of admission counselors about what I should do since my Jan SAT was postponed and the one who replied simply said that they would wait for my Feb scores...so I'm taking that as a probably not.

alright, thanks guys for the quick reply. i agree with tashi....collegeboard over charges us!

the best collegeboard service thats worth paying the extra bucks for is the early AP scores option...for a mere 8 bucks, you can find out your AP scores almost a month in advance...talk about a bargain :)

ooh. do you know the week when you can get your ap scores (early)?

If I rush my score, will it be sent electronicall as well??

No. The non-rushed scores reach the universities on diskettes and the people their have to update the scores on the diskette into their database. but if you rush report your scores, the scores go in paper and enter your application file directly without the need of anyone to first upload it onto a computer and stuff.

does anyone know if the Feb. 19 scores will be sent in less time than the regular 3 weeks? would the Feb. 5 and the Feb. 19 scores be sent together?
