Never had prudish sorry! I could be wrong though!!

One of the last questions. Which does NOT describe Miss Mazzy? Choices were like exacting, prudish, demonstrative…

@superstarlala mine did the same. More time to read the first couple of questions I guess!

@leecom, the technology was the real one, the chicago was experimental. i had technology and one on asian american equality so we know tech has to be the real one

Can we compile a list of grid in answers?

@Mario When she was describing Miss Mazzy what did delicate mean?

what i remember from grid in
5.4, 15, 2, 40/7, … others?

@glasses1: i dont remember 40/7 as a grid in. I put 7. It was the oil:gas you’re thinking of right?

yeah i think so. there could have been multiple answers for that one though right?
i did
x/(40+x)=1/8 and solved for x

I believe there were any number of proportions that could have been used for the oil:gas one. 7 sounds right. I got 6.67.

its just as long as you set the expression x/(40+x) to anything in between 1.5-1.8, right? or what was the range it was something like that

It was just oil to gas not oil to everything so it’s just x/40

I thought it was just the ratio of gas to oil was between 1/5 and 1/8. They give you 40, so dont you just find a proportion in between 1/5 and 1/8 and cross multiply with x/40 and solve? Maybe I did it wrong…

i’m almost sure it was oil to total, what would be the point of saying “how oil much do you need to ADD to gasoline to make the ratio of ___ to ____ anywhere from 1/5-1/8” if they were just going to have you compare oil to gasoline. the fraction of oil in the solution is x/(40+x) which is what i think it was asking

@glasses1: it was a ■■■■■■■■ question; i looked over it like 10 times but it kept saying oil to gasoline ratio

i checked for total, i really did!

Even if that is the case, my 6.67Oil still works :)

does any one remember this math question?
was it 5,8,10,12,x OR 5, 7, 10, 12, x
average of the terms = median of the terms
it says what’s a possible number for x

I got x=15 and 0

I got 15 also

@ superstarlala was the list was 5, 8, 10, 12, x OR 5,7,10,12,x?

ok so @Desperados, to set the record straight. assuming the question was asking for an oil to gas ratio between 1/8-1/5, and i put 40/7, and b/c (40/7)/40=.14285742857 is in between the range of 1/8-1/5 inclusive, 40/7 works as an answer, right ?
