<p>I'm taking the Japanese AP this May. I lived there for about 3+ years so I know the basics. But after coming to US, I haven't spoken Japanese at all because my family is actually Chinese.</p>

<p>I know there is a section on the exam that is like a instant conversation. I live in a small town so I don't know any Japanese people who I can have a conversation with, but I want to practice before the exam.</p>

<p>So if you are in the same situation, please contact me so maybe we can practice online by IMs (?)</p>

<p>If you want to practice common Japanese conversations, you could always watch some Japanese dramas on sites like crunchyroll.com. Of course, you can't talk to the characters, but it may help a little. Try watching them without subs.</p>
