<p>You’re not going to get any accurate chances without an SAT/ACT score, so take the test(s) first. In the mean time, I suggest you stop wasting your time asking for chances since they won’t help. All of the colleges you want to apply to currently are reaches anyways.</p>
<p>And if you need a lot of financial aid (you haven’t specified how much), then don’t apply to public schools. You mentioned the UCs in your first post but none of them give good aid for international students. No one here can give you any more info until you start describing your financial situation in more detail. How much can you afford? If you need financial aid is it because your parents aren’t willing to pay much or because they CAN’T pay much? There’s a big difference; the former won’t get you any aid at all.</p>
