<p>My friend claims he got an early acceptance offer from the M&T program in Penn. Is this even possible or is he just tooting his horn? He definitely doesn’t seem like the type to lie about this stuff but I HAVE NEVER HEARD of Penn giving any sort of early notification.</p>
